Jess reached out to me to capture a surprise proposal for Scarlett. Jess was SO thoughtful and considerate with how to make the proposal exactly how Scarlett would want it. I went to Devils Dyke early and waited with a friend incognito until they arrived. The sunset REALLY showed up for them and it was absolutely gorgeous!
